Flying Penguin Pictures was formed in May 2006 by producing/screenwriting partners Jonah Tulis and Blake J. Harris. The company was created to develop innovative comedies that stretch the boundaries of traditional moviemaking. Since its inception, the company has branched out to take on dramatic projects and feature documentaries.
